was mindlessly movie-info browsing and found kristen stewart as a knightly girl-powered induced version of Snow White. though intrigued by the idea of this version, i'm having doubts of the kristen stewart aspect.
yes, she is really pretty and no, i haven't watched Into the Wild yet (which most people says she's good in it), and my only reference is Panic Room which i liked her in...what i don't like about her is the roles she plays which are all too typically her. the whole 'meh' attitude which was kind of ok at first but now it's just getting old and annoying.
don't get me started on that abominable of a 'movie' that has sparkly vampires in it...i just...can't--where all she does is rake hair and bite her lips with dead dead eyes (though she gets extra points from that clip of interview of her and the whole cast being cynic about that 'movie' my friend showed me.awesomeness.)
sooo...for the time being i'm keeping an open mind~

anyway, whoa...don't know if i'm actually happy or immensely terrified of this info:
apparently the year 2011-2011 will be the year of Fairy Tale themed movies.
either the original/grimm/or altered versions of it.
so far i've counted 5 Snow Whites; 5 Peter Pans; 3 Sleeping Beauties, Cinderellas, Pinocchios, and Sinbads; and 2 Little Mermaids and Hansel and Gretel (6 of these in 2013; 2 in 2014)
lets just assume about 1/3 of the total will be scratched off...hope the remaining will be well-made!
(andra, remember: no expectations no expectations no expectations---)
