royal wedding hype

funny thing is, despite the fact that commercials have been shoved endlessly in my face about thus wedding for the past 2 weeks and complaining together with a friend about being fed up with it, i actually forgot that it was going down today.

good thing for good 'ol yahoomail with its news feeds on the home page.

so i went to watch it, flipped on the tv just 10 minutes before they emerged on the palace balcony, and surprisingly found myself actually getting shivers up and down and grinning like an idiot for the full 10-15 minutes they were busy waving and grinning about, until they finally went back inside.

that's when i realized (sue me) that hey, wow! that was actually history in the making! ahahahhaha

**oh and the next day, i found some stupid fart asking some person "so how does it feel to be 'the only' person not to get catch up in all the wedding hype?".

....like it's some big sin or something.

i mean seriously, what's the big deal

yeah it was a kinda cool moment and all, but must you (and i bet a lot of other fanatics) go all dramatic and embarrass yourself with a question like that? sheesh. annoying idiots like those must be shot.
