nerve 10

genuinely simply thinking and wanting to do the right thing being generalized into thinking and wanting to be a goody-two-shoes.

and then telling you you're naive for it.

and then preventing you from acting upon it because they think you don't know how the system works and that it's near impossible to penetrate it, so might as well just save your breath and chuck the idea altogether, also in a way inevitably giving you reason to doubt yourself and said cause.

and when you finally do have the solid reasons to back it up, they still don't support you because you cease in numbers, and they'd be embarrassed to be associated with a 'goody-two-shoes' like you because they're oh so bad-ass.
tsk tsk, bad for their image.

what's so wrong with wanting to want good for all?

why is it ok for the scheming, cunning, and manipulating to run their mouths all dramatically on 'positivity' and 'hope' in public, while the other half of their life consists of gaining personal profit,
sacrificing others chances of 'positivity' and 'hope' in life?
oh i'm sorry, it's ok because there's always a catch regarding the personal gains of all parties involved. always the selfishness.

and don't forget, you're not allowed to state opinions unless you've already acted/fought for it.
that you're supposed to just shut up if you haven''t 'proved' anything.
'all talk and no action' they say.
telling you that the statement above is just a feeble attempt to justify said action (of only opining),
or just for the heck of trying to 'prove' how smart and deep you are.

did it ever occur that maybe, just maybe people like us might only serve as catalysts for the whole 'big picture' by solely opining, for that's all we're good at at the moment, simply because of lack of knowledge to back up said cause and the need for others who qualify better in the knowledge department to help?

i mean, whatever happen to freedom of speech?
as long as you don't try to force your opinion on others i think that right still stands for everyone.
