SO.
after a smack on the face regarding the sudden date (i thought it was going to be in june/july so i could maybe maybe save some money to watch it live).
a mistake in the schedule prompting me to wake up pointlessly at 4 am in the morning last friday, only to watch the 2010 re-runs without any Aggressive In-Line Vert (AIL) episodes.
and accidentally waking up the next day at 4am. only to find out there was no schedule at all. and ended up doing house chores instead.
i finally watched the first day re-runs AND the LIVE version of the second day that had AIL VERT FINALS all day yesterday in reasonable time slots thankyouGOD :D :D :D!
they changed the rules a little bit, from two 5 minute runs, to five 2 minute runs or something (will update accurate data later on this) so it was a bit rushed BUT, my, did those people deliver.

this was probably the best roster of contestants ever, so i didn't only have takeshi yasutoko to look forward too. most giving reasonably good airs (still not as high as takeshi's though that sunofabitch).
and though takeshi's score was in a league of his own, he wasn't as amped as last year, but i guess that was because he was preparing to execute a new trick (a 7-7 he said..?). too bad he didn't make it, but i hope to see it in other games (is there any? must look it up.) or ultimately, LIVE AT THE KIA X GAMES 2012 :D. nyahahahahha wish me luck!
